This blend offers a great amount of character and contrast. Black Walnut ranks at a 1010 on the Janka Hardness Scale. This means that Black Walnut is a softer hardwood and will show dents and scratches more easily than other species of hardwood. This product may not be best suited for higher traffic areas.
